The product was of great quality - as usual from Mars! It was the staff that made our experience exceptional! My sister and I purchased the Chancellor for our father's 72nd birthday. Since Mars was closed due to COVID, we almost had to cancel our order; however, the staff at Mars was amazing. One of the managers, I believe, personally dropped off the gift box for my dad. He was so happy to get it, and to know we were thinking about him even though we can't celebrate in person. I can't thank the woman who took time out of her own schedule to personally deliver the gift box! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
