Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a check or money order. Personal checks will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check.

Return and Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the goods, inform us immediately and we will arrange for the item(s) to be returned. Upon inspecting the item(s), we will either exchange the item(s) or provide a refund via the payment method that was used to pay for the initial order. 

IF THE ITEM IS A GIFT:  We will only replace the product. No other exchanges can be offered.

All products returned must be carefully repacked, in their original packaging, and sent back to us via our carrier of choice. We will provide you with return information if it is determined necessary. 

If applicable, we will provide a pick-up via UPS, however if you choose to send back the product on your own, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping.

Delivery Information

Delivery charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the delivery charges associated with each item.

Prices

Food products are charged at the prices shown on the date the customer places the order and are exclusive of tax. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be notified and asked if you wish to continue with your order before processing.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will be dealt with confidentially, and effectively.
