You may fax your completed order form, or fax all order and shipping information on your purchase order or letterhead. Don't forget to include your credit card account number, expiration date, and your signature. Be sure to provide your daytime telephone number or fax number, so we can contact you if we have any questions about your order.

Return Policy

For safety reasons, edible products cannot be returned.

We encourage perishable orders to be delivered to a business address. Mars Cheese Castle is not responsible or liable for delivery errors, or when the customer is not available to receive the order. All perishable orders are final.

Shipping

To ensure delivery in time for Christmas, please select 2nd day or Overnight Delivery.

We cannot guarantee delivery for Ground Service Shipping.

We use ground service to all continental USA locations to ensure that your gifts arrive fresh and in perfect condition. Shipping is included on all catalog items within the continental United States. During summer months, we can only ship by Overnight or 2nd Day Air service. For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, please use Overnight or 2nd Day Air price.

Sorry, no C.O.D. shipments.

Sorry, we cannot ship by U.S. Postal Service, or to post office boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

We cannot be responsible for non-delivery when the addresses and/or ZIP codes are incomplete, incorrect or illegible. If it's your error, we will correct the address as required, reship the package and charge you accordingly. Also double-check to see that arrive by dates, quantities, item numbers and amounts are listed and correct.

Warm Weather

Due to warm weather conditions that arise between Memorial Day and Labor Day, some areas will require next or second day air delivery. This will be an additional charge so please call 1-800-655-6147 if you plan to ship during these times.
